The audio files provided herein are copyrighted works, and any unauthorized duplication or distribution is prohibited by law. This album is not yet released or available on DSPs - please be respectful! 

By submitting your work to this contest, you agree that it can be selected for inclusion on the LP, and is subject to the terms outlined here. 

Final selections will be included on a limited edition LP, which will be released for sale in a very limited quantity one-time-only pressing of <1000 copies (final number TBD), which will only be available for purchase directly from the select list of independent record stores who initially participated in the USB giveaway, or from Jeff Parker or International Anthem in person. 

There will be no distribution, promotion, exploitation or sale of any submissions (selected or not), aside from the inclusion on the limited edition LP. No digital copies of any selections will be released or distributed.

All selected finalists will be notified of their selection. There will be no compensation for submission or for inclusion if selected, and selected participants will have no claim to copyright ownership or royalties due. Selected participants will not have approval over the master or artwork, and their submission may be edited in order to fit the overall program. (please be mindful of track length - all selections must fit on 1x LP!) 

Selected participants will each receive 5x free copies of the LP, shipped to them at no charge. 

Selected participants will each receive credit (Artist Name & Track Title) on the artwork of the LP album, and will also be named in our announcement of the remix album’s release. 

Submissions are due no later than December 12 2024, at which point submissions will be closed.
