“Summer of Stepney” Kickoff Party Featuring Rotary Connection 222
The official Summer of Stepney Kickoff Party is on the afternoon of Sunday May 29th at beloved Chicago venue The Hideout.
The event will feature a panel conversation between Stepney's daughters and Chicago culture historian Ayana Contreras, DJ sets by King Hippo & Scottie McNiece, and a performance by a new large ensemble – called Rotary Connection 222 – under the musical direction of bassist and bandleader Junius Paul.
